Roast Beef in the microwave.

Roast Beef is a delicious dish made out a bovine cut baked in the oven, then cut thinly and served.

2 Pounds of Filet Mignon
White black - pepper
Shredded onions
2 Tablespoons of onions
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup of red wine
1 teaspoon of flour

How to prepare:

1 – Season the meat with salt, pepper and the shredded onions. Leave it marinating for one hour

2 - Distribute the butter and the soy sauce over the meat and put place the meat in a microwave-safe container

3 - Cover and take it to the microwave for 35 to 40 minutes with medium power, turning the meat in half of the time

4 - Remove the meat, then cover with aluminum foil

5 - In the same microwave-safe container, pour the red wine along with the diluted flour in 1/4 cup of water

6 - Take it to the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes with high power

7 - Return the meat to the microwave-safe container and take it to the microwave for another 3 - 4 minutes with high power

8 - Serve while hot. Enjoy!
