This is traditional Spanish dish, prepared with various sea creatures. It is ideally to reunite friends and family. Learn step by step how to prepare this delicious Spanish dish.

3 garlic cloves (cut into small pieces)
1 onion (cut into small pieces)
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 yellow pepper (cut into small pieces)
1 red pepper (cut into small pieces)
1 green pepper (cut into small pieces)
1 pound of squid (washed and cut into rings)
2 pounds of shellfish
3 tablespoons of saffron
2 pounds of crab meat
2 cups of fresh green olives
2 pounds of peeled shrimp
1 cup of cut savory
1 cup of unpeeled fried shrimp (to decorate)

How to prepare:

1 – In a non-stick pan, spread the olive oil and fry the garlic and 1 onion cut into small pieces
2 - Add the 1 yellow pepper, the green pepper and red pepper that were cut into small cubes
3 - Add the squid (keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the pan)
4 - Add the shellfish
5 - Add 4 cups of cooked rice, the saffron and salt
6 - Add the crab meat and the fresh green olives
7 - Lastly, add the peeled shrimp and the savory
8 - Fry a couple of unpeeled shrimp in olive oil and garlic and use it to decorate the plate
