In full, fresh water from rivers mixes with the sea, filling wetlands. At low tide, the sun's heat causes water to evaporate, leaving the tanks, unimproved extratégicamente, covered with layers of crystalline substance: crude salt. Is then washed several times, dried in a centrifuge, and is ready to grind, giving rise to three types of salt: the thick, with large crystals; Navy, past fine grinder and refined kitchen, to which is added iodine.
